Rachaad White can definitely pass block. He is a remarkable blocker. However, judging from his performances, he will have to enrich his technique as a pass protector.

Rachaad White previously played college football at Nebraska–Kearney before transferring to Mt. San Antonio College and then to Arizona State.
As a senior at Center High School, Rachaad White rushed 1,325 yards, totalling over 2,000 all-purpose yards.

Rachaad White transferred to Mt. San Antonio College where as a sophomore, he rushed for 1,264 yards and 10 touchdowns.
In his first season at Arizona State, Rachaad White rushed for 420 yards with five touchdowns on 42 carries.
Rachaad White caught eight passes for 151 yards and one touchdown in his first season at Arizona State.
As a senior at Arizona State, Rachaad White caught 43 passes for 456 yards and one touchdown. Rachaad White made his NFL debut in Week 1 against the Dallas Cowboys.
Rachaad White scored his first NFL touchdown on a one-yard rush against the Kansas City Chiefs in Week 4.
