In general, it is not recommended to use MagSafe accessories with iPhone devices, as it could potentially damage the device or the accessory.

Apple stopped using MagSafe technology on its Mac computers and introduced USB-C ports instead. This change was made in order to improve the overall versatility and functionality of the devices.

USB-C ports are capable of supporting a wider range of devices and accessories, and they offer faster data transfer speeds and more efficient charging capabilities.

Apple also introduced MagSafe charging technology for the iPhone 12 and later models. This technology uses a circular charging pad that magnetically attaches to the back of the iPhone and provides fast wireless charging.

However, this technology is not the same as the MagSafe connectors used on Mac computers, and it is not compatible with those devices.
