She first began her professional career as a dancer. She has been dancing professionally with Ian Waite since 2004. Additionally, Dallerup and Cole represented the UK at the inaugural 2007 Eurovision Dance Contest in September.

In the first six episodes from 2004 to 2008, she danced professionally. With Reggie Yates and Nigel Clarke, Dallerup co-hosted the CBBC program Dance Factory in 2005. She participated in The Underdog Show’s second season in 2008, placing third.
