Who Is Callum McGregor?
Callum McGregor is a professional footballer who plays the midfielder position for Scottish Premiership club Celtic, as well as the Scotland national team.
Born on June 14, 1993, in Glasgow, Scotland, McGregor began his career with the Celtic Youth Club, where he appeared in four Scottish Youth Cup finals, all of which the club won.

He went ahead to make his first team debut for Celtic in 2014, in a Champions League qualifier against KR Reykjavík, and ended up scoring the only goal.

In 2017, McGregor made his 100th appearance for Celtic, which he now captains.
Aside from Celtic, McGregor has played for Notts County on loan and has represented Scotland across all levels in international matches.
He joined the full Scotland squad in 2014, and participated in a number of World Cup, and UEFA Nations League competitions.
In 2021, McGregor’s contract with Celtic was renewed for another five-years. As of 2022, McGregor was “the first player to win five domestic trebles for a club.”
