C. B. Embry Obituary

C.B Embry was an American politician and Republican member of the Kentucky Senate representing District 6 until September 26, 2022, when he resigned due to cancer. He previously served in the Kentucky House of Representatives since January 2003.

Embry was a major of Beaver Dam, Kentucky from 1970 until 1973. Embry attended Duke University, Kentucky Wesleyan College, and the University of Lousiville, and earned his BS in English and geography from Western Kentucky University.

In 2012, Embry was unopposed for both May 22, 2012, Republican Primary and the November 6, 2012, General election, winning with 13,077 votes.

Former State senator, C.B Embry died after a battle with cancer. He was 81 years old.
