Butch Harmon Children: Claude Harmon III, Cole Harmon

Butch Harmon is an American golf instructor and former professional player. He has two adult children Claude Harmon III and  Cole Harmon.

There is not much information about his son Cole. However, Claude, his first son, followed in his father’s footsteps.

Claude had never played golf as a child. He found an interest in golf in the 1990s, seeing his father’s lessons with Tiger Woods, Davis Love III, Greg Norman, and others.

In 1997 Claude became Director of Golf Instruction at the Butch Harmon School of Golf in Las Vegas.

From 2002 to 2006, he taught on the European Tour and worked professionally with players including Darren Clarke, Trevor Immelman, Adam Scott, and Graeme McDonnell, all of whom have won major championships.

He was appointed Director of Golf Instruction at the Butch Harmon School of Golf in Dubai in 2008. One notable triumph for Claude has been Brooks Koepka’s breakout victory at the 2017 US Open.

Claude Harmon is ranked 12th on Golf Digest’s 2021-2023 Best Teachers in America List and a Golf Magazine Top 100 Instructor.
