Disney’s longest-serving employee, Burny Mattinson has been reported dead. According to sources, he died at the Canyon Oaks Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Canoga Park, California, after suffering a short illness. His death was announced by the official Twitter page of Walt Disney Animation Studios.

The company also announced that its loyal employee was just about to receive a first-of-its-kind award on June 4, 2023, for 70 years of service to the company. He was known for contributing heavily to several animated movies and series produced by the company. Some of them include;
