In another historic achievement, Burna Boy has set a record as the African artist with the highest-grossing tour in Canada. According to Touring Data’s post on June 13, 2024, Burna Boy earned $5.7 million from selling 69,219 tickets across 6 concerts during his ‘I Told Them’ tour in Canada, marking a milestone for African artists.

Burna Boy previously made history as the first African artist to headline the Scotia Bank Arena in Canada, where he sold out the 19,000-capacity venue on February 24th and 25th, 2024.
