Bryan Johnson Parents: Meet his father Richard Johnson

Bryan Johnson is an American entrepreneur and investor. Bryan Johnson has not shared the name of his mother but his dad is Richard Johnson.

Johnson, the middle child of three brothers and a sister, was born in Provo, Utah and raised in Springville, Utah. Johnson moved in with his mother and stepfather, the owner of a trucking company after his parents divorced.

Bryan Johnson became a Mormon missionary at the age of 19, as is customary for young men in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (LDS Church), and spent two years in Ecuador. Johnson holds a BA in International Studies from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

He is the founder of Kernel, a company that focuses on developing advanced neural interfaces to enhance human cognition. Johnson announced Project Blueprint on October 13, 2021.

Johnson claims that the project has resulted in an epigenetic age reversal of 5.1 years and that he now has the heart of a 37-year-old. He has involved his dad and son in the program.

In April 2023, Bryan enlisted the help of his 17-year-old son, Talmage, and his 70-year-old father, Richard, for a trigenerational blood transfusion. The family travelled to Dallas to a clinic, where Talmage and Richard donated a litre of their blood to be converted into a batch of plasma. Bryan then donated a litre of his blood to his father Richard.
