The Hip Hop community is mourning the death of 58-year-old Bruno “Pop ‘N Taco” Falcon. He is best known for working alongside Michael Jackson and Janet Jackson.

He also appeared in the cult classic film Breakin’ in 1984.
According to Bruno’s sister Diana Wolgamott, he passed away on Saturday, July 2, 2022 at his Long Beach home.
His sister further went on to indicate that she believes he may have died from a possible heart attack.
According to his sister, his death is considered natural, and as a result, no autopsy will be conducted.

Bruno was a staple in the dance scene throughout the ’80s and ’90s.

Bruno popularized his dancing style in the cult classic film “Breakin’” where he played one of the main characters, Electro Rock 1 opposite Ice-T.
Bruno was born on June 10, 1964, in Los Angeles, California and quickly fell in love with dancing as a kid.
Not so surprisingly, Bruno became one of the first Mexican-American dancers to rise to fame.
Bruno starred in videos such as “All Night Love” by Lionel Richie, “I Feel For You” by Chaka Khan and, of course, several of Michael Jackson’s videos.
Bruno will be best remembered for popularizing popping, locking and breaking with mainstream culture.
As fate will have it, Bruno ultimately ended up as Michael Jackson’s dance teacher for over 16 years, showing the late pop icon popping, waving, gliding and animation techniques.
