Bruce Schwoegler Cause of Death

 Bruce Schwoegler a former WBZ-TV meteorologist passed away on August 4 2022 at the age of 80.

Bruce Schwoegler died of aphasia. His family stated that the disease made it difficult for others to communicate with him, but his comprehension, laughter, and larger-than-life personality remained unchanged.

However, it is unknown how long Schwoegler had the disease and whether he was hospitalised at the time of his death.

It has not been revealed whether he had any other health issues in the past. His funeral arrangements are still being finalised.

Bruce was a well-known scientist, businessman, author, and educator. He was the co-founder and chief meteorologist of MySky.com and the chief meteorologist and science reporter for NBC and CBS. He was one of Boston broadcasting’s longest-serving newscasters.

Schwoegler received several honours, including the Ohio State Award for a prime-time special on the Greenhouse Effect and the American Meteorological Society’s National Outstanding Broadcast Meteorologist Service Award.
