Born February 28, 1997, in Charlotte, North Carolina, United States, Brock attended Providence High School where he played football.

Following his graduation in 2015, he continued his education at East Carolina University and graduated in 2019.

Brock then commenced his Wrestling career in 2021 with the All Elite Wrestling (AEW) promotion.

After his contract with the promotion, he was trained by Q. T. Marshall and Glacier at the Nightmare Factory, AEW’s training facility.

Brock made his professional wrestling debut on June 18, 2021. He then teamed with fellow Rhodes defeating Q. T. Marshall and Aaron Solow in a match on Dynamite.

After his successful two-year stint with AEW, Brock was removed from the promotion active roster page on October 10, 2023.
