According to the lawsuit, Kojo Forex says that Bongo Ideas made remarks about him on Twitter that harmed his reputation.
As a result, Kojo Forex is seeking $1 million in damages and a permanent injunction barring Bongo Ideas from making any additional defamatory remarks about him.
In the lawsuit, which he uploaded on his Twitter handle, Kojo Forex stated that an unequivocal apology must also be issued on social media, and the defamatory remarks must be retracted.
Earlier in April, Kojo Forex warned Bongo Ideas, the infamous and self-proclaimed social media critic, after the latter went on a Twitter rant over him.

Bongo Ideas challenged the source of Kojo Forex’s wealth, alleging that:

“Forex trading alone did not get you these things. You do other shady business.”
Again, he claimed that “the FX thingy is just a small part of the secretive online business empire (I will explain later) he runs. His profits from FX, as he makes it seem, do not come because he is a genius in the game. There are oldgees in the game who will tell you that he is a liar.
“You will soon be disappointed that FX is not a get-rich-quick-scheme. Only the Ponzi schemers make it seem so, which he is.”
Kojo Forex fiercely rejected the charges, adding that he is being persecuted because he refused to mentor Bongo Ideas.
The two’s social media banter concluded with Kojo Forex threatening to haul Bongo to court to substantiate the charges made against him, prompting the current lawsuit.
Below are the court documents as posted by Kojo Forex on his Twitter handle:
