Bobby Labonte, born Robert Alan Labonte in 1964 in Corpus Christi, Texas, began racing locally in quarter midgets before touring the US circuit and winning several races.
Booby Labonte made $954,315 in career earnings during the1990s and $550,305 in winnings in 1994

Labonte is the first driver to win both the Winston Cup (2000) and the Busch Series (1991) championships in their current touring forms.

Bobby also won the IROC championship in 2001. Labonte is also the first driver to complete the NASCAR Triple Threat at the same track, winning races in each of NASCAR’s top three racing series at Martinsville.
Additionally, Labonte is the owner of Breaking Limits, a High Point, North Carolina-based marketing, public relations, events, and sponsorship agency.
