Considering that he played a vital role in several music video games and also worked for a media company for decades, it is understandable that he was able to rake in such a great amount of wealth over the years.

Rice was a video game music executive and producer who reportedly produced one of the first rock video games Journey Escape, released by Data Age in 1982 for the Atari 26000 console. The production also features several members including Neal Schon, Steve Perry, Jonathan Cain, Steve Smith, and Steve Perry, as primitive digitized avatars.

“Every conversation we had during these 25 years of friendship and partnership turned into a mentoring session. And I was always thirsty to hear more, to learn more, to be worthy of his belief in me. The heartaches and the soul are crushed, but I DO know that his being will live with us forever… Bob WAS and always will be the very essence of the music of games. He envisioned this world and made it real,” Zur shared in a heartfelt tribute.
