Blake Austin Griffin is an American professional basketball player for the National Basketball Association’s Boston Celtics (NBA).

Blake Griffin is the father of two children Finley Elaine Griffin and Ford Wilson Cameron-Griffin.

Griffin made his NBA debut as a rookie the following season, earning All-Star honors, winning the NBA Slam Dunk Contest, and being named Rookie of the Year.

Sports Illustrated named him one of the NBA’s 15 Greatest Rookies of All Time in 2011. Griffin won four high school state championships at Oklahoma Christian School.
Griffin played two seasons of college basketball for the Sooners before being drafted by the Clippers in the 2009 NBA Draft.
Griffin was the first overall pick in the 2009 NBA draft by the Los Angeles Clippers, and he has since been a six-time NBA All-Star and a five-time All-NBA selection.
Outside of basketball, Griffin has amassed a few acting credits. His first role came in 2016 when he appeared in an episode of “Broad City.”
