Lichtenstein studied psychology at the University of Wisconsin and worked in marketing, according to Lichtenstein’s LinkedIn profile. He is a co-founder of MixRank, a firm with billionaire Mark Cuban as an investor.

When the cryptocurrency was stolen in 2016, it was worth $71 million. As Bitcoin values have soared, the stockpile is now worth $4.5 billion.
