Bill Zeliff, known officially as William Zeliff Jr., was an American Republican politician who was a member of the US House of Representatives from 1991 to 1997. Bill represented New Hampshire where he hails from.

Bill Zeliff was born in East Orange, New Jersey on June 12, 1936, and passed away on October 18, 2021, at his home in Florida. Bill Zeliff was married to Sydna Raylor and was blessed with three children.

Bill Zeliff graduated high school at the Milford High School and bagged a Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Connecticut. Bill Zeliff worked as a private advocate and also served as an Army National Guard in Connecticut.
