Bill and Colleen, on the other hand, have been married for many years and have three daughters: Amanda, Delainey, and Mackenzie.
Colleen is a very supportive wife who was frequently seen at the stadium with their daughters cheering on her beloved husband.
Her feelings for him did not fade, but instead got stronger, especially after he was stricken with cancer.

Unfortunately, Colleen was helpless as she watched her beloved spouse pass away on May 30, 2023. He was sixty years old.
Bill attended Holy Cross University and was a four-year starter as a defensive back. With 24 interceptions, he set a career NCAA Division I-AA record. He was named a consensus first-team Division I-AA All-American during his senior year 1984.
He only served as UCLA’s defensive coordinator last season after joining the team in February 2022.
He was signed through the 2023 season and stated that he “definitely” intended to fulfill his obligations.
Bill also coached at Holy Cross, UMass, Pittsburgh, and, most recently, Nebraska as a defensive assistant in 2020. He is now nominated for the College Football Hall of Fame.
