The condition is one that causes the cornea to become thin and the eye to bulge, leading to a blurry vision, seeing multiple images and starbursts.

When Bill was first taken into custody, the cloudy feature of his right eye was very glaring in his mugshot.

Bill has been declared “legally and functionally” blind.

The condition causes an advanced nearsightedness and irregular astigmatism to develop, hence the vision keeps getting distorted.
