Bert Newton was born on July 23, 1938, and died on October 30, 2021, at the age of 83. Bert Newton went through heart surgery on four occasions and also suffered pneumonia.

Unfortunately, the health status of Bert Newton gradually deteriorated as his leg was amputated after he suffered a toe infection.

The death of Beth Newton has been attributed to his declining health although an official cause of death has not been revealed.
