Former BBNaija housemate and musician, Laycon has finally reacted to fans and social media users calling him Ikorodu Kendrick Lamar.

According to him, he is not bothered about people referring to him as the Kendrick Lamar of Ikorodu, although he is not a native of the place. He made this known during an interactive session with his fans on Instagram.
Laycon also stated that he is glad they did not compare him to popular football, Messi, hence, it suggests that people see him as a musician.
The BBNaija season 5 winner also added that he will deem it a great honour if it will take him to make Ikorodu known on the world map through his music career.
Ikorodo Kendrick Lamar means a local rapper or low budget Kendrick. Meanwhile, Kendrick Lamar Duckworth is an American rapper, songwriter and record producer. He has been regarded as one of the most influential artists of his time.
