American film editor, Arthur Schmidt’s real net worth at the time of death is not known yet. However, some sources claim that he had an estimated net worth of around $1 million at the time of death.

Considering that he was a successful editor who worked on several popular movies, it is understandable if he was able to rake in such a great amount of wealth over the years.

Schmidt died at his home in Santa Barbara, California, on August 5, 2o23, at the age of 86. He was trained by his father Arthur P. Schmidt who was also a film editor. He graduated from Santa Clara University with a bachelor’s degree in English. He started his career in the 1970s editing films like The Las Remake of Beau Gate, Jaw 2, The Jericho Mile, and more.
