Arnaut Danjuma played for NEC in the Eredivisie and Eerste Divisie, Club Brugge in the Belgian First Division A and AFC Bournemouth in the Premier League and EFL Championship.

In the summer of 2016, Arnaut Danjuma signed and made his debut and first Eredivisie appearance against his former club PSV on 10 September.

Whilst with La Liga club Villarreal, Arnaut Danjuma scored his first UEFA Champions League goal in a 2–2 draw against Atalanta on 14 September.

Arnaut Danjuma scored six Champions League goals in his first season at Villarreal.  On 6 April 2022, he scored the only goal against Bayern Munich at the Estadio de la Cerámica in the quarter-finals first leg.

Arnaut Danjuma was awarded the Championship Player of the Month award for April 2021 and was also awarded the Bournemouth Player of the Year award while with AFC Bournemouth.
