Arkadiusz Milik is a Polish football striker who plays for Serie A club Juventus, the Ligue 1 club Marseille, as well as the Poland national team.

Born on February 28, 1994, in Tychy, Poland, Milik began his career in Poland, playing for Górnik Zabrze and later joining the youth academy of Lech Poznań.

In the summer of 2011, Milik joined Bayer Leverkusen in the German Bundesliga, then was later loaned out to FC Augsburg for the 2012-2013 season.

Milik gained recognition during his time at Ajax, a Dutch club, where he scored 47 goals in 75 appearances, and helped the team win the Eredivisie title.

After his time with Ajax, Milik joined the Italian club SSC Napoli in the summer of 2016 up until January 2021, and helped the team secure top-four finishes in the Serie A.

In 2021, Milik was transferred on loan to the French club Olympique de Marseille, before the loan deal was turned permanent.

Milik is “the second Marseille player in the 21st century to score at least six goals in UEFA competitions after Didier Drogba.”

In 2022, Milik was signed to Juventus on loan from Marseille for the 2022–23 season, and in 2023, he received a contract extension which would expire in June 2025.

On the international front, Milik has represented the Polish national team at various levels, has earned numerous caps, and has also played in major international tournaments such as the UEFA European Championship and the FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
