Zion Branch, the brother of Zachariah Branch, is one of the most accomplished defensive backs in the 2022 recruiting class. By winning the 100- and 200-meter sprints with timings of 10.43 and 21.14 seconds, respectively, and the long jump with a personal best of 24 feet, Zachariah Branch helped Bishop Gorman win the Nevada Class 5A Southern Region track championship as a sophomore.

Branch might have gone 4-for-4 but chose to concentrate on something else rather than competing in the triple jump. On April 30, 2021, he made the state’s season-best leap of 46-414 inches. Sheva and Renee Branch are Branch’s parents. They both attended San Jose State. In college, Branch intends to major in dermatology.

Zachariah Branch, a wide receiver for USC, made his collegiate debut in the Trojans’ victory over San Jose State in Week 0. It was a significant event for him, made even more significant by the fact that he could experience it with his brother, Zion Branch.

This was their first opportunity to play side by side at USC, where Zion is a defensive back. As Zachariah said, he is appreciative of the chance to play with his brother.
