Deadmau5 and Tommy Lee are friends. Deadmau5 met Tommy Lee of Motley Crue for the first time in 2011. Regarding his issues with Skrillex, Deadmau5 claimed that Skrillex allowed himself to be “used as a goddamn tool” by Justin Bieber.

Back in August 2015, the two exchanged words after Deadmau5 criticized Skrillex’s track “Where Are U Now” with Diplo and Justin Bieber.

Skrillex, who tweeted that he would always be there for his former friend, said that is “grateful” for Deadmau5’s early support, but the “reality is sad.”

Deadmau5 is a Canadian electronic music producer and DJ who mainly produces progressive house and electro-house music. Deadmau5 was born on January 5, 1981, in Niagara Falls, Canada.
In 2007, Deadmau5 founded his own record label, Mau5trap. Deadmau5’s instrumental version of “Sofi Needs a Ladder” was featured in the film The Hangover Part II.
Deadmau5’s breakthrough, Random Album Title, was released in 2008 and was certified gold in Canada, and silver in the United Kingdom.
