In May 2022, Morgan Bullock became the first black female dancer to join Riverdance. She joined them when the organization celebrates its 25th anniversary.

“I found Riverdance on YouTube and it was love at first sight. I would watch the videos over and over. Just seeing a group of dancers dancing in perfect unison, it’s so powerful,” she said. Adding that, it now has the same effect on her as a performer seeing the audience and knowing that they are enjoying the show.
“Just like other forms of dance, it’s a cultural art form that was created to be shared, and I think just being able to be representative of that is an honor for me,” she added.
