Billy Strings and Molly Tuttle share a close friendship and have collaborated on multiple occasions. Billy Strings and Molly Tuttle first recorded together on Strings’ 2017 release, Turmoil & Tinfoil.

Their musical camaraderie blossomed when they were both just 24 years old and even extended to being roommates at one point. Strings contributed to Tuttle’s Grammy-winning 2022 album, Crooked Tree, on the track “Dooley’s Farm.”
