On March 23, Apple Watts was involved in a horrific car accident with a diesel truck while driving from Los Angeles to Las Vegas. According to The Shade Room, her car flipped multiple times, and she suffered a broken spine, shattered arm, and fractured skull as a result of the collision.

According to an Instagram update by her sister Dominique Flournoy on May 4 2022, Hollywood star Apple Watts is currently stable after being hospitalised following a car crash in late March 2022

Flournoy took to social media on Tuesday, Apr. 12 to announce that the reality star, who appeared on the VH1 show in seasons five and six, will have surgery on her right eye on Friday, Apr. 15 because it is not closing completely.
“They will put a weight in the lid that will allow her to open and close her eye,” Flournoy wrote on Instagram. “Her nerves on that side are bad, and if this isn’t done, she could have complications or even go blind because her eye isn’t closing completely.”
