American YouTuber and actor, Anthony Padilla reportedly has an estimated net worth of around $3 million. He was one of the early content creators when YouTube started making hits in the mid-2000s.

Considering that he has been in the media for such a long time, it is understandable that he has been able to rake in a great amount of wealth over the years.

Padilla along with his childhood friend, Ian Hecox, joined YouTube in 2005 and made numerous videos together. Most of their posts were videos of them lip-syncing to the theme songs of Mortal Kombat, Power Rangers, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. One of the earliest videos; ‘Pokemon Theme Music Video’ was released on November 28, 2005. They were known for forming a group called ‘Smosh.’
The video became the most-viewed on all of YouTube at that time but was removed for being a copyright violation. They then started focusing more on short comedy skits.
Defy Media acquired Smosh in 2011 until it shut down in 2018. Padilla left in June 2017, making the announcement on his personal YouTube channel.
