DeLuca and his wife, Constance, had four children and were married for 66 years until her death in 2021. Their son, Anthony Jr., was elected mayor of Penn Hills and a magistrate judge.
Constance was a longtime member of the Penn Hills Democratic Party, a fantastic homemaker, decorator, and cook, and she was well known for her fantastic outdoor Christmas decorations.

He served in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives for the 32nd District from 1983 until his death and was a longtime resident of the Pittsburgh suburb of Penn Hills.
He served on the Penn Hills City Council and was the town’s deputy mayor before being elected to the state legislature.
Anthony M. DeLuca passed away on Sunday, October 9, 2022, at the age of 85, at home. According to a news release from his office, he was diagnosed with lymphoma.
