Who Is Anthony Duclair?
Anthony Duclair is an ice hockey player who plays as a forward for the Florida Panthers of the National Hockey League (NHL).
Born on August 26, 1995, in Pointe-Claire, Quebec, Duclair’s early hockey career started with the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL) and the Quebec Remparts.

As a rookie, Duclair scored 31 goals and recorded 35 assists in 63 games.

In 2013, Duclair was drafted by the New York Rangers as 80th overall pick in the third round of the NHL Entry Draft, and made his debut with the team in 2014.
Duclair played in 18 games for the Rangers, scoring 7 goals and 6 assists, and was later traded to the Arizona Coyotes, where he appeared in 81 games and registered 20 goals and 24 assists.
From there, he went on to play for the Chicago Blackhawks, Columbus Blue Jackets, Ottawa Senators, and now the Florida Panthers.
Duclair is well known for his speed, and offensive abilities. While with the Blue Jackets, he achieved a career high of 23 goals.
Duclair’s contract with the Florida Panthers began in 2020 as a free agent.
However, in 2021, he signed a three-year deal worth $9 million with the team, and so far has recorded 14 goals and 19 assists in 60 games.
