Ansu Fati parents: Meet Bori Fati & Lurdes Fati – Anssumane “Ansu” Fati Vieira best known by the dual name Ansu Fati was born on 31 October 2002 in Guinea-Bissau to Bori Fati and Lurdes Fati.

  • Bori Fati

Ansu’s father Bori Fati, is an ex-footballer, who was born in Guinea-Bissau emigrated to Portugal, and played for some teams in the lower leagues.

After his time in Portugal, Bori moved to Marinaleda, a small town located near Seville that was offering work to immigrants.

After struggling to in Marinaleda to make ends meet, his life took a positive turn around after he met Mayor Juan Manuel Sánchez Gordillo, who offered him a job as his driver.

The Mayor ensured that Bori brought his family from Guinea-Bissau after being impressed with his hard work and dedication.

Bori then settled in the nearby town of Herrera, where Ansu spent most of his childhood, and started his football training. Despite being born in Guinea-Bissau, Bori has said he is “a Sevillian.”

  • Lurdes Fati

Ansu’s mother Lurdes was a housekeeper. There is no further information about her.

  • Ansu Fati is not the only child of his parents

Ansu is the second of seven children born to his parents.

Their other children are Brahima Fati, Angela Fati, Braima Fati, Miguel Fati, Djeny Fati, and Djuco Fati.
