Born on 17 October 1964 in Peckham, South East London, Gregg Wallace’s early life was shaped by his hard work and determination. Leaving school at the age of 15, he started his career as a warehouseman at Covent Garden Fruit and Veg Market, eventually transitioning to become a successful salesman. In 1989, he embraced his entrepreneurial spirit and founded George Allan’s Greengrocers, paving his way to success.

Fast forward to 2016, Gregg’s life took a serendipitous turn when he crossed paths with Anne-Marie Sterpini. Their first interaction was on social media in 2013, when Anne-Marie, a caterer, reached out to Gregg to inquire about the pairing of rhubarb with duck, a recipe she had seen him try on a TV show. Their initial online connection quickly blossomed, with both finding common ground and shared interests.

The couple’s love story continued to evolve, and in December 2014, Gregg proposed to Anne-Marie, solidifying their commitment to each other. They exchanged vows at the picturesque Hever Castle in Kent in August 2016, a beautiful ceremony that was shared exclusively with HELLO! magazine. Among the attendees were Gregg’s MasterChef co-star, John Torode, who served as best man, along with his now-fiancée Lisa Faulkner.

Gregg and Anne-Marie’s love story took another beautiful turn when they welcomed their son, Sid Massimo Wallace, into the world in May 2019. The chef shared the touching significance behind their son’s name. “Sid was my Grandad’s name, from Peckham in South East London. [He was a] Millwall supporter like me. My baby boy is Sid Massimo, Massimo is my father-in-law’s name. So, you have got the working-class London and the Italian,” Gregg explained.

Now, the couple is eagerly anticipating the arrival of their second child, with Anne-Marie expecting this summer. Their journey as partners and parents has been a joyous one, and their love and commitment to each other are evident in their shared moments.

Anne-Marie Sterpini has become an integral part of Gregg Wallace’s life, bringing happiness, love, and shared dreams to their journey together. As the couple embraces parenthood and eagerly awaits the arrival of their new addition, fans and followers are elated to witness the continued love story of Gregg and Anne-Marie, cherishing the moments of togetherness they graciously share with the world.
