Annabel Croft is a former professional tennis player and sports broadcaster from the United Kingdom.

She is the daughter of James Croft. The name of her mother is not public knowledge.
Her father was a chartered surveyor and was always off travelling round the world looking at hotels and her mother played a lot of tennis at club level
Annabel Croft began playing tennis at the age of nine. Her mother found a local tennis club in Kent, called Sundridge Park and enrolled her.
She won the Virginia Slims of San Diego tournament in 1985 at the age of 18 after winning the Wimbledon and Australian Open girls’ tournaments in 1984.

In December 1985, she was ranked 24th in the world. She represented the United Kingdom in the Fed Cup in 1985 and 1986, as well as the Wightman Cup from 1983 to 1986.
Croft retired from professional tennis at the age of twenty-one, despite her potential and being among the world’s top 25 players.
After retiring from tennis, she became a television host, hosting shows such as Treasure Hunt and Interceptor. She featured on the ITV show Celebrity Wrestling in 2005 and went on to win it.
