Anna Wintour has two children with Davis Shaffer following their 1984 marriage. They are Charles (Charlie) who was born in 1985 and Katherine (Bee) in 1987.

Charles is a graduate of the University of Oxford and Columbia College of Physicians and Surgeons.

Katherine graduated from Columbia University in 2009 and wrote occasional columns for The Daily Telegraph in 2006 but says she will not follow her mother into fashion.

Katherine married Italian-born director Francesco Carrozzini, son of Vogue Italia editor in chief, Franca Sozzani in 2018.
Anna Wintour and Shaffer divorced in 1999. Newspapers and gossip columnists claimed her affairs with investor Shelby Bryan ended their marriage.
