Anna Sorokin is a Russian-born German convicted con artist and fraudster. Between 2013 and 2017, Sorokin pretended to be a wealthy German heir under the name Anna Delvey.

Anna Delvey Deported
A spokesperson for ICE told Forbes that Sorokin, 31, remains in custody pending the approval of an emergency stay request that was granted in November.
The spokesperson said ICE does not comment on “future removal operations.” German news outlet Der Spiegel first reported that Sorokin had not been deported.
