Jon Heck
Jon Heck is an assistant football strength and conditioning coach at North Carolina, and the son of Andy Heck.
Born in February 5, 1994, Jon joined the North Carolina Tar Heels football in 2012, as an offensive lineman.
He was a four-year starter and a two-time All-ACC selection.”

Andy Heck is a former footballer and current offensive line coach for the Kansas City Chiefs.
Born on January 1, 1967, in North Dakota, Heck played college football at the University of Notre Dame, where he was co-captain, and led his team to win a national championship in 1988.

Heck was a tackle in the National Football League (NFL) for twelve seasons, having being initially drafted by the Seattle Seahawks as 15th overall pick in the first round of the 1989 NFL draft.
Heck later went ahead to play for the Chicago Bears, and the Washington Redskins. Heck was a Super Bowl champion with a record of 185 games played, and 164 games started.
After a successful playing career, he began coaching at the University of Virginia in Charlottesville, where he coached for three years.
Afterwards, he went on to coach the Jacksonville Jaguars and then the Kansas City Chiefs.
The Kansas City Chiefs had hired him in 2013 as an offensive line coach, and he led them to a Super Bowl win in 2019.
