Ranger Legend, Andy Goram revealed that he has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. Doctors have given indication that he has about six months to live.

Goram knocked back chemotherapy after being warned that the treatment would only give him an extra 12 weeks. Goram has indicated that he would put everything he has into battling the disease.

He said, “I’ll fight like I’ve never fought before”.

Goram has also been struggling to eat and drink and he was suffering from heartburn.
In a 2001 poll of Rangers fans, Goram was voted Rangers’ greatest ever goalkeeper. Goram appeared every the goalkeeper. Goram appeared in 43 international matches for Scotland and was selected for their squad at the 1986 and 1990 World Cups, UEFA Euro 1992 and UEFA Euro 1996.
Goram also worked as a goalkeeper coach with various clubs since retiring from playing. He took on part-time coaching duties when he returned to Motherwell in 2002.
