Andy Enfield received his bachelor’s degree in economics before going on to earn his MBA at the University of Maryland. He began his coaching career as a shooting consultant while pursuing his MBA.
This led to assistant coaching employment with the Milwaukee Bucks, the Boston Celtics, and Florida State University. In 2011, he was named Head Coach of Florida Gulf Coast University. The squad went on to become the first 15-seed to reach the Sweet Sixteen.

In April of 2013, he was named Head Coach at the University of Southern California after the Los Angeles-based school offered him a pay increase of tenfold from $150,000 to $.4 million.
Prior to joining the FGCU coaching staff, Andy Enfield helped develop TractManager, a healthcare technology startup worth more than $100 million. Enfield retains a share in the corporation worth millions of dollars.
