From 2010 to 2013 she worked as a backing vocalist for Adam Ant and during 2011–2012 as the lead singer of the band Georgie Girl and her Poussez Posse toured with Ant in over 100 concerts.

She gained public attention in 2008 when she became involved in a controversy related to a prank phone call by Russell Brand and Jonathan Ross on the BBC Radio 2 show, “The Russell Brand Show.”
The call was made to Andrew Sachs, and inappropriate comments about Georgina Baillie led to widespread criticism and public apologies from the involved parties. Following the incident, she became more widely known in the media.
