Andre Levrone Jr, a former high school, college, and professional football player is married to Sydney McLaughlin.

Sydney Michelle McLaughlin is an American hurdler and sprinter who holds the 400m hurdles World Record.

Sydney won a gold medal at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics and holds the current world and Olympic records with times of 51.41s and 51.46s, respectively.

McLaughlin set a world record of 51.90 seconds in the 400 m hurdles at the 2020 USA Olympic trials, becoming the first woman to do so.

She also won gold as part of the women’s 4400 metres relay team at both the 2019 World Championships and the Tokyo Games.

Sydney met the former NFL wide receiver met through a mutual friend in 2020. According to Sydney,  Levrone Jr., 26, “slid into her DMs” and they became fast friends who bonded over bible study. The friendship grew, and she credits it to the pair’s strong faith.

Levrone and McLaughlin announced their engagement on August 25, 2021, at the Four Seasons Resort, Scottsdale. They married on May 5, 2022.
