The 21-year old football winger plays for Real Sociedad, a club in La Liga, the top tier of Spanish football.
Ander is known for his technical skills, pace, and ability on the field. He joined the Real Sociedad youth academy at a young age, and made his first-team debut in the 2019-2020 season.

Ander became “the first 21st century player to participate in the competition, the 26th-youngest in the division overall, and the Sociedad’s youngest since the Spanish Civil War.”

He played for Sanse in 2019, scoring his first professional goal for the first team in a match against Real Madrid CF.
The same year, Ander was promoted to the main squad of the Txuri-urdin.
On the international front, Ander has played for the Spain Under-16, and Under-18 teams.
He also represented Spain at the 2019 UEFA European Under-19 Championship, in which Spain had won Portugal 2–0 in the final and emerged winners of the competition.
