Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova is a Russian professional tennis player. She is the daughter of Sergey Pavlyuchenkov and Marina Pavlyuchenkova.

Her father was a rower while her mother was a swimmer. Her brother Alexander was also a professional tennis player at one point.

Pavlyuchenkova began playing tennis at the age of six, with the assistance of her parents. Her brother, Alexander, frequently travels with her and gives her playing tips.

As a junior prodigy, she won three Grand Slam titles and became the junior world No. 1 in January 2006, at the age of 14.

After turning professional, she continued her success, attaining a career-high singles ranking of world No. 11 on November 8, 2021.

From 3 November 2008, when she entered the top-50 rankings for the first time in her career, to 5 June 2022, Pavlyuchenkova was consistently placed inside the top 50.

Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova has 12 WTA Tour singles titles and five ITF Women’s Circuit singles titles.

She achieved her maiden Grand Slam final at the 2021 French Open after reaching six prior Grand Slam quarterfinals at the 2011 French Open, 2011 US Open, 2016 Wimbledon Championships, and 2017, 2019, and 2020 Australian Opens.
