Allister Adel was an American award-winning litigator who served as an attorney at Maricopa County Attorney’s Office. Allister Adel served as a board member of 100 Club of Arizona and she also served as a vice-chair on the Judicial Selection Advisory Board.

Allister Adel bagged a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from the University of Arizona and she proceeded to bag a Juris Doctor degree from the Arizona State University.

Allister Adel died on April 30, 2022, at the age of 45 years. Prior to about two months to the death of Allister Adel, she resigned due to some health complications to focus on her health.

According to Allister Adel’s death report, it was revealed that she died of health complications.

Allister Adel’s husband stated: “This May we would have celebrated 20 years of marriage. My family and I are utterly heartbroken by this unimaginable loss. We are so very proud to call Allister wife and mom.”
