Aljaž Škorjanec is the husband of popular Cuban-American popular TV personality and dancer Janette Manrara. The couple tied the knot in 2017 after they have dated for some years.

It was reported last month that there is a split between the “Strictly Come Dancing” stars Janette and Aljaž Škorjanec. Rumours circulating suggested that they have ended their relationship but did not turn out to be true.

Why are Janette and Aljaz separating?
Janette stated that due to the effects of COVID-19, the management of the reality show has decided that the professionals and production team will have to isolate to rehearse, thus her husband will have to leave their home to isolate.

Janette stated, “We always do a big rehearsal for all the pro dances and they get rehearsed and sometimes even filmed before the series begins. Because COVID is still an issue, in order for the show to continue moving forward with the professional numbers, the professionals and the production team have to isolate to rehearse and film all the pro dances, which means Aljaz will have to move out of our home.”
Aljaz will be competing in the 19th series of “Strictly Come Dancing” whereas her wife Janette will not.
