Lehmann began her professional club career with Swiss club BSC YB Frauen, where she scored 25 goals in 52 league matches. She made a notable move to West Ham United Women in the FA Women’s Super League (WSL) in England.

During her time with West Ham, she made a significant impact and gained recognition for her performances. In addition to her club career, Alisha Lehmann has represented the Swiss women’s national team.

Lehmann made her debut for the Swiss national team in October 2017. At the 2018 Cyprus Women’s Cup, she scored her first international goal against Finland on March 2, 2018.

Since making her debut, she  has been a key player for Switzerland in international competitions, including UEFA Women’s Euro and FIFA Women’s World Cup qualifiers.
