Alice is not as popular as her husband so there’s not much known about her. Alice and Starr have been married since 1970 and they have three children; Cynthia Starr, Carolyn Doolittle and Randy Starr.
Sadly, Alice’s beloved husband of over five decades Ken Starr has died. He died Tuesday, Sept. 13, 2022 of complications from a surgery, his family said in a statement.

At age 37, Starr was the youngest person ever to serve on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit, where Chief Justice John Roberts and justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg, Clarence Thomas and Antonin Scalia also had served.
From 1989-93, Starr was the solicitor general in the administration of President George H.W. Bush, arguing 25 cases before the Supreme Court.
Starr also investigated into the death of Clinton deputy White House counsel Vince Foster, which sparked intrigue and bred conspiracy theories but was ultimately ruled a suicide.
In 2020, Starr was a member of former President Donald Trump’s defense team for Trump’s impeachment trial in the Senate. Trump was acquitted.
