Aleix Espargaró Villà is a Grand Prix motorcycle road racer from Spain. He won the 2004 FIM CEV 125cc International Championship in Spain and now rides for the Aprilia Racing squad in MotoGP.

Espargaró was born in the Spanish town of Granollers. Espargaró made his debut in the 2014 MotoGP season, finishing seventh in the championship with Forward Yamaha, with the highlight being a second-place result at Aragon.
Espargaró signed a contract extension with the team for 2023 and 2024 on May 26, 2022, still pairing up with Maverick Viales.

Pol Espargaró is the younger brother of MotoGP racer Aleix Espargaró, and he is best known for winning the Moto2 World Championship in 2013.
This secured him a move to Monster Yamaha Tech3 in 2014, where he had three generally dismal seasons without a single podium finish.
Pol Espargaro, a current Repsol Honda Team rider, rose to international prominence in 2006 by finishing 13th in the Catalan Grand Prix and becoming the sport’s youngest rider to win championship points.
